Dog Killed, Woman Hospitalized After NJ Fire

Fire breaks out late Monday night at a home in Cumberland County.

Firefighters were called to the house on the 300 block of Durham Road in Upper Deerfield Township just before 9:00 p.m.

A dog was killed in the fire, and a woman was taken to the hospital, according to fire officials.

The exact cause is under investigation, but firefighters say it started in a first floor bedroom.
