No more cutting coupons out of newspapers because now you can simply take a picture on your smartphone and SnipSnap does the rest for you.

Are you tired of clipping coupons and lugging them to the store with you? Well, now there is an app that does the dirty work for you.

Philadelphia’s own, SnipSnap is “the first app to scan, save and redeem printed coupons on your mobile phone,” according to their Website. All you have to do is take a picture of the coupon you want and SnipSnap does the rest for you.

The coupon application also notifies you when a coupon is close to expiring, it reminds you to use a coupon when you have entered a store, and you can share coupons with friends over Facebook, Twitter, or email.

SnipSnap is free and you can find it in the App Store for your IPhone. According to their Website, the Android version will be available soon.
