2 Charged with Rioting After Casino Brawl

Police say members of a crowd refused to leave and began brawling, after being escorted out of the casino.

Two men are facing felony charges after a brawl at the Dover Downs Casino.

Dover police say officers responded about 2:30 a.m. Sunday to a report of a large fight inside the casino.

Officers escorted between 50 and 100 people from the casino outside into the parking lot, but authorities said members of the crowd refused to leave and began fighting.

Four people were arrested and two of them charged with felony riot and other offenses, according to police.

43-year-old Arnell Warren of Chestertown, Md. is charged with rioting, assault, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and other crimes.

Marshall Rivers, 28, and from Dover, is charged with rioting, aggravated menacing, possession of a deadly weapon during a felony and other crimes.
