A person is in the hospital after a crash caused one car to end up on top of another on I-95.
Police say the vehicles collided Tuesday night on I-95 northbound near Harbison Avenue in the Frankford section of the city.
One person was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The accident shut down two lanes on I-95. Those lanes have since reopened.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
