Police are investigating an accident on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
It happened shortly before 5 a.m. on Sunday. Investigators say a driver somehow lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the fountain at Eakins Oval.
Police say the man was not hurt in the crash. They are investigating what caused the accident but don’t believe it was a DUI.
