Police say three Delaware men went above and beyond to get a snow day.
John Kitchen, 22, of Wilmington, Leonard Cullum Jr, 20, and Kevin Denison, 36, both of Newark, allegedly stole hydraulic snowplow pumps and various lawn and garden equipment and then sold them online.
According to authorities, the men took the equipment from homes, businesses, and even a church, leaving many without snow removal equipment during one of the worst winters in years.
All three have been charged with multiple counts of theft and released on unsecured bail.
