Arrest Made in Deadly Piazza Shooting

Steven Miller, 22, was arrested for the shooting death of Maurice Kimble outside a Northern Liberties restaurant.

Steven Miller, 22, was arrested Tuesday morning in Texas by the U.S. Marshals. He's wanted for the murder of Maurice Kimble, 24, on June 11 outside the Piazza at Schmidt's.

Police say Miller shot and killed Kimble after an argument that started outside the PYT restaurant on Hancock Street. Kimble was from Upper Darby, Pa.

Miller will now be extradited back to Philadelphia to face murder charges.
