Duct-Taped Men Shot, Dumped on Tracks

One man is dead and another critical in a bizarre double shooting in the Lawncrest section of Philadelphia Thursday evening, according to authorities.

Two men were found shot and duct-taped on train tracks near a wooded area at Adam and Newtown Avenues just before 5:45 p.m., police told NBC10.

Police say that both men were shot three times, only one of them survived.

The survivor, who is listed in critical condition, at Temple University Hospital was able to talk to police and tell them what happened.

Police said it appeared the men were targeted.

The deadly double shooting is being investigated as an abduction and murder.

Surveillance video in the area could help police in their investigation.

Police are looking for a van, although they haven't released a description. They also hope to know more about the suspect/s Friday.
