One woman is dead and a pregnant woman in the hospital after a double shooting in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.
It happened Sunday afternoon on the 2200 block of East Ann Street.
Police say that a 24-year-old woman was shot once in the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:40 p.m.
Police also say that a 32-year-old pregnant woman was shot in the lower left leg. She was taken to Temple University Hospital where she is in stable condition.
No arrests have been made and no weapons have been recovered. No word yet on any suspects.
