It's week one of our "Be a 10 in 10 Weeks" weight loss challenge. The skinniest guy gains a pound and one other challenger gets busted when Gavin spots their "headed out for a burger" posting on Facebook.

NBC10's Justin Pizzi found four brave Philadelphians willing to be brutally honest about their weight problems, eating issues or body trouble spots. For 10 weeks, they're working with a personal trainer, following an exercise routine and a healthier diet. We've got PhillyChitChat's celebrity blogger, Hughe Dillon, Q102 DJ Nicole Michalik who has already shed more than 100 pounds on The Biggest Loser, fashion model, Joe Matthews who owns his own interior design company and entrepreneur, Megan R. Smith runs her own Public Relations business.

The task master for this adventure is Gavin McKay, personal trainer and coach. Last week you got to meet our four challengers and hear about all their goals. This week, we're off!  It's the first week of the challenge.

Joe Matthews, our male model, gained a pound during Week One. His aunt died and he had to drive across the country, missed some workouts and was being force-fed by family. Joe's goal for the 10 weeks is to turn the last stubborn 10 pounds of fat into pure muscle. Hughe blogged about losing five pounds during his first week.
