The Lehigh Valley is set to get their first Tony Luke's restaurant the store opens next month. (Published Wednesday, Aug 27, 2014)

Tony Luke's has signed a deal with City Center Investment Corp. to open a franchise location in Allentown, Pa., in September. It will be the franchise's first location in the Lehigh Valley.

Praveen Vig, an owner and operator of franchises and food concepts in Atlantic City, will be owner and operator of the 2,200-square-foot location at 806 Hamilton St.

“I am very excited to become part of the Tony Luke’s and Center City Lehigh Valley families,” Vig said. “There are a lot of franchise sandwich concepts out there, but there are very few that are chef-driven like Tony Luke’s.”

Tony Luke’s is City Center’s third restaurant, and is part of a larger development that also includes The Hamilton Kitchen & Bar on 645 Hamilton St., which opened in July, and Roar Social House on 732 Hamilton, which will open early next month. Read more about this story on PBJ.com.
