Zsa Zsa's Husband, Daughter Fight as Gabor Lies on Deathbed

93-year-old actress once sued daughter over millions

Zsa Zsa Gabor's ninth husband and the daughter she had with hotel magnate Conrad Hilton are fighting bitterly during what may be her last days.

The 93-year-old longtime Hollywood diva had a ballyhooed deathbed reunion with estranged daughter Constance Francesca Hilton last week, but now her current hubby, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, says he plans to revive a 2005 lawsuit which alleged Hilton stole millions from her mother.

"People come out of the woodwork, like vultures waiting for her to die, so they can take her money but I will not let that happen," Von Anhalt told Radaronline from Gabor's Bel Air mansion.

In the lawsuit, Gabor accused her daughter of conspiring with others to fraudulently take out a $3.75 million loan on her home and using most of it to buy a house.

Francesca denied the allegation and countersued, claiming she suffered serious damages as a result of the false accusations. The case was dropped when Gabor refused to appear in court.

But Von Anhalt says Hilton has resurfaced in her mother's life only because Gabor appears to be near death.

"She is only after whatever money she thinks her mother has and I will fight to protect Zsa Zsa and won't let that happen," he said.

Von Anhalt said his wife of more than 20 years is doing well and watching her favorite TV shows, "Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune."

The onetime Miss Hungary was given the last rites by a priest in hospital over the weekend after undergoing a series of setbacks following hip replacement surgery a month ago. Doctors wanted to perform surgery on her liver that would give her a 50-50 chance survival rate, but Gabor and her husband decided "she wanted to spend her final days at home," publicist John Blanchette said.
