Heather Locklear has been hospitalized in Southern California for a bacterial infection, her rep told E! News.
The ex-“Melrose Place” star was given antibiotics and should be released later Wednesday, her rep said.
Locklear had just returned from Canada where she’d been filming the psychological thriller “He Loves Me” for Lifetime, according to E!
TMZ first reported her hospitalization.
Earlier this year, the actress made news for being arrested in a hit-and-run incident at an intersection near her gated community.
Ventura County authorities dropped the charges in May, saying there was insufficient evidence to show who was driving a car registered to Locklear and her ex-hubby, Richie Sambora.
