While reports of Rosie O'Donnell snatching up a duplex penthouse in Greenwich Village were rife this summer, it wasn't until this week when the rumors were confirmed by the New York Observer who dug up the public records. O'Donnell shelled out $8 million for the four-bedroom home, which is located in one of St. Vincent's former hospital buildings.
