Watch: A Glimpse Into Joel Embiid's Intense Rehab Workouts

You've seen Joel Embiid look mighty impressive in his first three games as an NBA player but now you can see some of the work he put in to become the physical beast he is today.

Whistle Sports was there as Embiid trained with Drew Hanlen of Pure Sweat basketbaall this offseason to give us a look at JoJo's journey back. It also happens to give us a look at the Sixers' big man sans a shirt, which is certainly something.

They've dubbed it, "Unseen Hours" and it appears to be one of a series of videos in which Hanlen helps players train.

"I worked my ass off," Embiid says.

There's one point where after Hanlen tells JoJo he wants to see "full speed reps" that Embiid throws down an authoritative jam that could destory some small nations.

"When people hear my name, I want to be mentioned as one of the greatests. That's my goal," Embiid says. "One of the greats, that's what I want to be."

He'll have to win a basketball game first, but we're not ruling anything out just yet.
