Tonight's Lineup: Carlos Ruiz Catches; Carpenter Out for Cards

Carlos Ruiz, who went 3 for 4 in his last start Monday, is back in the Phillies' lineup Wednesday to catch Adam Morgan. Chooch, hitting .341 on the season, bats fifth, in between Ryan Howard and Cesar Hernandez.

Peter Bourjos, who struck out two more times last night but did make a tremendous running catch in right field to end the fourth inning, has the night off. David Lough is in right field and Rule 5 rookie Tyler Goeddel is in left. Bourjos is hitting .169 on the season with a .190 OBP, two walks and 24 strikeouts. Goeddel is hitting .160 with no walks and 11 K's.
