A sandwich created by, and named for, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce will make its debut Monday night at the Philadelphia Horticultural Society Pop-Up Beer Garden.
The back story is Kelce toured Dietz & Watsonโs Philadelphia facility back and June and while there created his own signature sandwich.
The sandwichโs ingredients: pastrami brisket, Genoa salami, London broil roast beef, bacon, lettuce, arugula, horseradish cheddar, horseradish pickles and stone ground mustard on a hoagie roll.
