Gunn-on-One: Rodney McLeod Anxious to Put Injuries Behind Him

Eagles safety Rodney McLeod isn't used to being sidelined.

From 2012 through 2016, McLeod didn't miss a game. In 2017, he missed one game because of a hamstring injury and another game because coaches decided to rest him before the playoffs.

In the third game of 2018 vs. the Colts, McLeod would experience something he's never known before: His first season-ending injury when he tore his MCL.

It's been a long rehab and road to recovery for McLeod to get back to where he is today. His optimism is high about being ready to go for the season opener vs. the Redskins.

But that's not enough for him. He's hoping to achieve some lofty goals in 2019. Check out the video above for my Gunn-on-One chat with No. 23.
