The NBA broke five ties between teams with identical regular-season records Tuesday to set the order for the 2017 draft, minus the lottery.
The Sixers were not involved in the first-round tiebreakers. They hold the fourth-highest chance of landing the No. 1 pick with 119 ping-pong balls (11.9 percent), which will be drawn at the draft lottery May 16.
Only the Nets, whose pick goes to the Celtics, Suns and Lakers have higher percentages than the Sixers. The Sixers will receive the Lakers' pick this year if it falls out of the top three. They also have the rights to swap picks with the Kings.

36 OR 37. New York (to Sixers via Utah and Toronto) *The recipients of the 36th and 37th pick between the Knicks and Timberwolves will be determined after the draft lottery.
