We're so quick to yell at our TVs and pull out our smartphones to tweet outrage after a referee makes a call we deem outrageous. Oftentimes, it's an emotional reaction. Other times, it's not. This is one of those times.
Shortly after the Cowboys took a 23-16 late in the fourth quarter, the Eagles quickly responded when Carson Wentz hooked up with rookie tight end Dallas Goedert for what appeared to be a 75-yard game-tying touchdown catch.
Except the refs decided this was offensive pass interference:

That's not offensive pass interference. Goedert collided with Cowboys safety Jeff Heath, hit his head and performed a swim move to get around Heath. There appeared to be very little contact, certainly not enough to warrant a flag.
Ultimately, the Eagles ended up scoring on the drive and the outrage went all for naught as the game went to overtime. But still, to call this penalty at that point of the game just can't happen.
