Man Falls to His Death From Ropes Course at Mall

A man was killed in an accident at a Florida mall Wednesday after a harness apparently slipped at an elevated ropes course and he fell 30 feet to the floor below, NBC News reported. The incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. at Artegon Marketplace in Orlando. Police told NBC station WESH that the man, identified as Robert Belvoir, 52, had just gotten hooked up to the Sky Trail ropes course when something went horribly wrong. "he was still hooked on his harness, but from the little thing that it goes into, is what it came out," Lovetta Quinn-Henry of the Orlando Police Department told the station. In a statement on Facebook Wednesday, Artegon Marketplace said "we extend our condolences and prayers to the family."
