In a court declaration filed by Eddie Cibrian in the couple's divorce battle, the "CSI: Miami" star alleged just that.

In papers obtained by Access Hollywood, the star alleged that in August, after informing estranged wife Glanville he was heading out to a friend's birthday party, she became "verbally abusive" and struck the actor before waking up their son Jake and screaming, "Daddy does not love you!" and a profanity.

And the star further said that his estranged wife has even resorted to vandalism to express her feelings.

"She is enraged at the way in which our marriage ended. In her rage she has resorted to physically attacking me, mentally abusing me, vandalizing my motorcycle, speaking badly about me in front of our minor children and talking to tabloid magazines in order to further embarrass me," he said, claiming that Brandi had slashed the tires on his hogs. "On or about August 2, 2009, the Respondent in a fit of rage, slashed the tires on my Harley Davidson Motorcycles. After I confronted her, she admitted that she had in fact slashed my tires. She told me that it made her feel better that she slashed my tires."

The star was also worried about a vintage, 1968 car after Glanville's alleged attack on his motorcycle.

"I am fearful that if it stays at the house, the Respondent will either drive it or do damage to it," he stated.

For her part, Glanville told E! Online that her motorcycle actions "felt awesome."

"Yes, I slashed his Harley tires," she told the site. "He broke my heart, so I broke his Harleys."

In the papers, Cibrian also claimed he was worried about their children, and is requesting a co-parenting plan for sons Jake and Mason.

"I have repeatedly asked (Brandi) to agree on a co-parenting plan that will allow our minor children to spend time with both respondent and myself equally," he wrote. "Unfortunately [Brandi] is too angry with me to think what is in the best interest of our children… [she] is allowing her emotional rage over the breakup of our marriage to blind her from what is in the best interest of our children."
