Wonderspaces is a new concept that attempts to promote artists and their work and connect them to new audiences

Wonderspaces will join the Fashion District of Philadelphia as a tenant in the former Gallery, helping to bring its 1.1 million square feet of retail space to 90 percent leased.

It arranges art shows that travel to cities where is has locations and they run for three to six months. Those wishing to view an art show in Wonderspaces pay for a ticket much as one would to view an exhibit at a museum.

New tenants also include American Eagle/Aerie, Bella Shoes, Gamestop, Guess Factory, Pandora and Spencer's, among others.
