A 2-year-old child is rushed to the hospital Tuesday afternoon with severe smoke inhalation, following a house fire in the Kingsessing section of Philadelphia.
Fire officials confirm the child was in unstable condition when they arrived at the home on the 11-hundred block of S. Ruby Street.
