Three fast-casual restaurants have signed on to open at Philadelphia Mills as part of its redevelopment.
Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG), which owns the mall, has added three dining tenants to the mall's lineup: Japanese restaurant Suki Hana, Charleys Philly Steaks and fast-food chain Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
