Teen Grazed in the Face During South Philly Shooting

A teenager is recovering after a bullet grazed his face during a shooting in South Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon.

The 17-year-old boy was on the 1300 block of South 4th Street around 2:24 p.m. when at least two gunmen opened fire.

The teen was grazed in the face and the suspects fled the scene. Police believe the suspects fled in a white vehicle, possibly a Buick, and headed eastbound on Tasker Street. They also believe four men in all were inside the car.

The teen was taken by private vehicle to Methodist Hospital where he is currently in stable condition.
