Drag racing on Philadelphia streets may have caused a car to ram into a building, police said.
The accident happened just before 4a.m. Thursday at Herman's Iron Works on Grays Ferry Avenue.
The street racers cut off another 23-year-old woman’s car. That’s when she lost control of her vehicle, police said.
The woman was taken to the hospital with a concussion.
