Police say they've arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a security guard at a Pittsburgh bar that was the site of another deadly shooting nearly a year ago.
Harvey Scott was charged Tuesday with homicide and a gun violation in the death of Deion Nesbitt around 12 a.m. at Rendezvous Phase III in the city's Homewood section.
Police say Scott shot Nesbitt three times and grazed a female guard when they confronted him about pulling a gun from his ankle.
The female guard's condition wasn't immediately available.
Police the 26-year-old Scott crashed his car nearby. He was treated for minor injuries and taken into custody.
In March 2014, a man was fatally shot and four customers were wounded in a shooting at the bar.
