Police say a Pennsylvania woman was drunk when her SUV crashed through a utility pole and slammed into a boat in New Jersey.
The boat was being stored off Water Street in Toms River.
Police tell the Asbury Park Press 57-year-old Victoria Ventura of Rome, Pennsylvania, had a blood-alcohol level of nearly three times the legal limit when the crash occurred on Tuesday night.
