A man was shot and killed in the Brewerytown section of the city Sunday afternoon.
The 21-year-old man was on the 1400 block of North Hollywood Street at 2:42 p.m. when an unidentified gunman opened fire.
The man was struck once in the left side of the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene by a medic at 2:45 p.m.
No arrests have been made and police have not released a description of any suspects.
The incident is the fourth shooting death in Philadelphia Sunday. Three men were killed in an early morning shooting in the Holmesburg section of the city.
