Firefighters responded to a house on fire on Barlow Avenue in Woodbury Heights, Gloucester County, New Jersey Friday.
The fire broke before 5 p.m. Friday and flames could be seen shooting into the air.
It took more than 15 minutes for firefighters to start putting water on the home. They later got the blaze under control.
One person suffered burns and was taken to the hospital.
The fire left the home gutted. The American Red Cross supplied housing and supplies for four people displaced by the blaze.
