FBI Offers Reward for Arrest of New Jersey Car Dealer

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest of a luxury car dealer in New Jersey who is accused of engaging in a pattern of fraud.

Authorities claim Afzal "Bobby" Khan defrauded customers of and lenders to Emporio Motor Group in Ramsey from at least December 2013 through September 2014.

More than 75 people have filed complaints against Khan.

Authorities allege Khan obtained loans for vehicles that he had no title for and sold autos on consignment but never paid the owners or gave the buyers the titles.

The Egg Harbor Township resident would face up to 20 years in prison if convicted of wire fraud.
