2 Die as Car Rolls Over Along Camden County Road

A two-car crash in South Jersey left people trapped and two dead Friday morning.

The wreck along College Drive near Blackwood-Clementon Road around 8:10 a.m. also caused traffic troubles in the area.

One of the cars flipped over, trapping a driver and passenger, said Gloucester Township Police. Medics later pronounced them dead at the scene.

Crews were able to extradite the driver from the second car and took that driver to Cooper University Hospital in critical condition, said police.

As SkyForce10 hovered overhead a short time later, you could see multiple firetrucks responding to the area as the roadway remained closed.

The cause of the crash remained under investigation Friday.
