Brothers Jailed for Shooting in Mall Parking Lot

Two brothers have been jailed on assault and weapons charges after police say they were involved in a shooting outside a central Pennsylvania mall.

Logan Township police briefly shut down a Kmart store to search for the suspects, 37-year-old Kevin Morrow and 29-year-old Larry Morrow, before they were arrested about two miles away in neighboring Altoona.

Police responded to reports that shots were fired when four people argued in the parking lot of the Logan Valley Mall Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the alleged shooter and a companion -- believed to be the Morrow brothers -- and two victims fled the scene. Police were still looking for the victims as they attempted to sort out who fired the shots and why.

Online court records don't list attorneys for the Morrows, who face a preliminary hearing July 31.
