An early morning fire at Creek Bank Apartments in Eddystone, Delaware County.
The Red Cross says about 30 units at the complex on the 1100 block of Eddystone Avenue have been impacted.
Red Cross volunteers are meeting with families at the Light House Community Center at 1401 E. 9th Street in Eddystone and encourage anyone displaced to seek assistance there.
