A 19-year-old woman was beaten and raped in the basement of an illegal boarding house in Darby Borough, according to Darby Borough Police.
Emmanuel Benson, 22, is charged with rape and Henry Besson, 27, is charged with unlawful restraint and false imprisonment.
Benson and Besson lived at the condemned house on the 700 block of Pine Street with the victim and several others, including a 14-year-old girl, according to police.
The victim told investigators Tuesday morning that she'd been forced to consume a large amount of alcohol and drugs, and that she was beaten and sexually abused.
Police believe there may be other victims.
