O'Donnell, Lawyer to Head to Court Over Alleged Debt

Former Republican Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell and a lawyer who claims he is owed more than $20,000 for work on two of her Senate campaigns will square off in court next month.
 
A judge will hold a trial starting May 21 in a dispute between the O'Donnell camp and Jonathan Moseley.
 
At a status conference Monday, the judge denied several motions filed by Moseley, including his request to depose Cleta Mitchell, an attorney who has represented O'Donnell in Federal Election Commission matters.
 
Moseley claims he is owed more than $3,200 for work on O'Donnell's 2008 campaign, as well as more than $1,800 in expenses. He also claims he is owed $15,000 for his work on behalf of O'Donnell early last year.
 
The O'Donnell camp denies that Moseley is owed anything.
