New Castle Police arrested a 46-year-old man and allege he was seen running naked.
Joel Stevenson has been charged with indecent exposure and other charges. He was identified as the person who ran naked on June 29 in the area of Doe Run Road in Newark, Del.
After a search warrant was executed, police received information regarding sex assault allegations.
Stevenson was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful sexual contact in the second degree, sex offender unlawful sexual contact against a child, unlawful sexual contact with a person under 13 years of age, indecent exposure in the second degree and sex offender unlawful sexual contact against a child under 12 years of age.
Stevenson's bail was set at $167,000 cash bail. He was remanded to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution.
