Philadelphia police have arrested a man they said shot one of his tenants Saturday afternoon.
The suspect shot the 46-year-old victim in the head, chest and arm just after noon on the 2200 block of Snyder Street in South Philadelphia, according to police.
The suspect is in police custody. The victim was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
The motive is unclear in the shooting.
