An investigation is underway after a man was stabbed to death during a pick-up soccer game in Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday.
Police told NBC10 a group of people were playing soccer at the Max Myers Recreation Center playground off Magee Avenue around 4 p.m. when at least two men began arguing. During the argument, a 24-year-old man was stabbed in the torso.
Franklin William De Souza of Horrocks Street died a short time later at the hospital, police said.
A man was later arrested but has not been named, police said.
