One person is dead after a car accident in Pittsgrove, Salem County.
It happened earlier this evening shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Almond Road. Police say an SUV and a car collided head-on. The driver of one vehicle was taken to Underwood Hospital. That person was later pronounced dead.
Police say the driver and a passenger in the other vehicle were taken to the hospital and treated for unknown injuries. We’ll update you on their conditions as soon as we receive the information from police.
