Fishtown's newest jewelry outpost, Adorn, will host a First Friday party tonight, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Housing handmade, nature-inspired jewelry, clothing, and accessories, the Frankford Avenue boutique will offer complimentary wine and hors d'ouvres during the event, plus special savings: take 10 percent off Adorn's in-store apparel labels and select crystal specimens.
Postponed due to last weekend's hurricane, Manayunk's Three Potato Four will host its monthly Barn Sale tomorrow, Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4. Look for deals on the mom and pop shop's eclectic inventory of vintage collectibles, from signage and old maps to furniture and glass soda bottles. The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., both days.
