Yesterday, Brown was charged with two felonies, assault and making criminal threats, and could face up to five years in jail-if Rihanna testifies. "The DA's are facing an uphill battle now if Rihanna isn't cooperating...At this point, her cooperation can make or break the case," says LA defense lawyer Steve Sitkoff (as reported by People).
