Fork Etc. is now offering their cult favorite Wednesday bistro dinners each and every night of the week. For $45, diners will be treated to a delicious four-course feast, featuring hyper-local poultry, meats, and seafood. A word of warning, though, as the bistro dinner isn't available for walk-ins, though, as reservations are required, and groups must have at least 12 diners.
“Our chef’s bistro dinners are a fun and intimate way for me to interact directly with our guests,” says Chef Feury. "I’ll be chatting with guests about how best to prepare the amazing foods that are indigenous to our area.”
The menu will change from month to month, and April kicks off with a whole local Goat. In May, look for Spring Lamb, and in June the chef will prepare one of his signature specialties: whole wild Striped Bass. Side dishes will be updated more frequently to reflect the freshest fruits, vegetables and herbs. Desserts will also vary according to the season. [The Feast]
