FBI officials say a luxury car dealer in New Jersey accused of defrauding dozens of customers is a fugitive.
Bobby Khan owned Emporio Motor Group in Ramsey.
Attorney Anthony Bush, who represents a person who claims he was scammed, tells The Record newspaper it appears the Pakistani national who was living in Egg Harbor Township left the country in late October. Bush says it's believed Khan traveled to Canada, Dubai and Pakistan.
Khan is accused of selling autos on consignment but never paying the owners or giving the buyers the titles.
