Last Summer Freakout: The last Rockt*ts party of the summer is going down tonight at the P.O.P.E., and judging by the building crowds, this one is going to be nutty. DJ Steve Vena, Joe Kusy, Joel Flood and Russell Alexander will be playing all-vinyl sets of garage, punk and psych all night. 10 p.m.
Panel Comedy: With the last Bully Pulpit host, Luke Giordano, moving to LA to write for "Two and a Half Men," the panel comedy void is filled with new host Jim Grammond. The Shubin is BYOB, so bring your poison and settle in for a night of ridiculous discourse. $5; 8:30 p.m.
