Cut/Copy Need Good Coffee

In town for a sold-out gig at the Troc, Melbourne synth poppers Cut/Copy earlier in the day gave out a pair of free tix to the fan who could identify the best coffee in the area around the theater (Old City Coffee in the Reading Terminal Market was the winning suggestion).

Thus properly caffeinated, the band, on tour in support of their latest LP, Zonoscope, went on to perform a bouncy, high-energy show that left most of the awestruck crowd in a state of blissful delirium. But no matter how peppy you are, there's always gotta be one downer in every crowd, in this case, someone who's watched their share of 'Portlandia'.
