Activists Rally for Burned Dogs

The SPCA held a rally in Hunting Park tonight. They’re launching a new program to teach young people about the humane treatment of animals. This comes in the wake of the heartbreaking death of a pit bull named Chloe who died after she was set on fire a few weeks ago. A little more than a week later, another pit bull named Hercules was set on fire and survived.
