Police say 20-year-old Destry Jones and 18-year-old Damien Hinson got into a physical fight with a few others when they fired shots, one of them hitting Camay Mitchell De Silva in the head. The two men were arrested and charged. NBC10’s Tim Furlong spoke with Camay’s mother who had a message for the men who killer her daughter.
