Arrests made in Delaware State University shooting that killed teen visiting campus

NBC10’s Tim Furlong reports on breaking details Monday in the arrests of two men in the shooting death of Camay Mitchell De Silva while the 18-year-old visited the Dover campus last month. De Silva had nothing to do with the circumstances leading to the shooting, Dover police said. De Silva’s mom had a message for the men accused of killing her daughter.
